Position Summary
Monitor, manage, and follow up on the branch performance are running smoothly, compliance with policy & regulations, achieved the bank target, are profitable, and all staff is working in good working environment and safety.
Job Responsibilities
- Review, monitor control and compliance, sales, HR, and follow up monthly branch performance and prepare action plan for next month.
- Keep a close eye on local competitors and identify new market needs and profitable products and service opportunities.
- Ensure that the branch is in full compliance with the Bank’s rules, policies, procedures & workflow, guidelines, and instructions.
- Monitor and make sure the Branch Operating expense aligns with the Branch Operating Budget approved.
- Oversee and monitor branch properties and security to ensure organization assets are safe following policy and procedure.
- Oversee staff to ensure staff discipline and a good working environment.
- Participate in staff performance appraisal to ensure the result is highly satisfied by staff.
- Represent of Prince Bank Plc. for public communication in the operating area
- Continuously update and inform staff about new laws and policies launched, internal announcements from the Head Office, and other information about the Bank’s products and services.
- Liaison and maintain relationships with government, authorities, and customers in the operating area to well engagement for banking purposes and business results.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's/master’s degree in finance and Banking or other related fields.
- Proficiency in English for both spoken and written and Chinese is a plus.
- Sound understanding of Financial Statements and Business Analysis.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in branch management in the banking sector.
- Drive for results and customer service oriented.
- Integrity, confidentially, and willingness to work in a flexible time.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Knowledgeable about Loan Process, Loan Collection, and Credit Risk.
- Computer literacy, Microsoft Word and Excel.
