Position Summary
Provide outstanding service, and customer experience to meet customer expectations following SLA.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide consultation on banking products and services to customers effectively and efficiently.
- Cross-selling bank products by answering inquiries, informing customers of new services and product promotions, and ascertaining customers' needs to support branch targets.
- Process account opening for customer in system accuracy and meet customer's satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the overall branch target is achieved by building close relationships with customers.
- Prepare daily and monthly related reports to make sure it accurate and properly filled.
- Perform customer transactions over the counter.
- Responsible on cash till to ensure no loss, or unbalance.
- Comply with bank operations guidelines and procedures by participating in all dual-control functions.
- Check and verify daily relevant transactional reports to ensure accuracy and proper filling.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements
- University student or bachelor’s degree in finance and banking or other related fields.
- No experience required.
- Be able to use MS Office.
- Able to use English and Chinese is a plus.
- Pleasant, friendly personality, and professional.
