Position Summary
Communicate with related stakeholders to align the business needs and product roadmap to strategic goals and ensure digital product feature delivery to the market.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog.
- Define new features to be built, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and groom stories with developers and designers.
- Define feature development, build consensus among stakeholders, and partner with engineers and designers to deliver high-quality experiences.
- Lead the product release plan and set expectations for the delivery of new product features.
- Serve as product ambassador, share knowledge, and ensure product feature documentation is in place.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative customer feedback to inform product strategy and pipeline development.
- Formulating and executing innovative e-finance products, aiming to achieve business targets and improve customer experience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Digital Business or Digital project management-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to think outside the box and proven track record of delivery.
- At least 1-3 years relevant experience in e-finance-related mobile banking product development in banking, or in Internet business.
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodology of project management.
- Understanding of business value related to features and functions.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Able to work in a team, organized, creative, and attentive to details. Ability to create, own, and execute the digital vision, strategy, and roadmap consistent with related divisions.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Git, and task management tools.
