Position Summary
The Manager of Digitization will lead digital transformation projects and develop go-to-market strategies for banking products. This role involves analyzing market trends and product performance to drive growth and enhance user engagement. Collaboration with marketing is essential to execute promotional activities and support digitization initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage digital transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market plans for new and existing digital products, ensuring successful launch and market penetration.
- Analyze current market trends and assess customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Evaluate the impacts of marketing programs and campaigns at all stages—before, during, and after implementation—to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, providing actionable insights to enhance the bank’s product portfolio and drive growth.
- Leverage the bank's digital channels to increase active users on the mobile banking app, collaborating with the marketing team to execute sales and promotional activities.
- Work closely with marketing to enhance the bank’s brand presence and promote digital products effectively.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager, contributing to the overall success of the digitization initiatives within the bank
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Marketing, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects, with a strong track record of successful project management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for both new and existing products.
- Strong analytical skills to assess current market trends, evaluate marketing program impacts, and analyze product performance.
- Familiarity with digital banking channels and tools, with experience in increasing active users on mobile banking applications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly in marketing, to execute digital product sales and promotional activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present insights and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
