Position Summary
Gross sale and referral of all types of bank products and services especially new CIF, deposit & merchant to ensure it achieves individual and branch targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Understand and keep up to date with all types of bank products and services.
- Acquire new customers and manage existing customers by having a proper plan following the target set.
- Prepare engagement plan with existing and new customers for cross-selling Bank products that complement the customer’s needs.
- Execute sales daily activities i.e., calling or meeting customers both existing and new by following guidance from the line manager.
- Process customer's account openings outside the branch efficiently and accurately.
- Refer to other related products and services.
- Ensure that all customer complaints are effectively resolved.
- To search and understand the competitive market information i.e., product & service, fee...etc.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements
- University student or bachelor’s degree in finance and Banking or other related fields.
- No experience required.
- Be able to use MS Office.
- Able to use English and Chinese is a plus.
- Pleasant, friendly personality, and professional.
