Position Summary
This role involves developing business for Automotive Financial Services by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies for Automotive Financial Services.
- Acquire new clients and expand existing client relationships.
- Seek a candidate with a strong work ethic and genuine interest in the automotive industry.
- Support both front-line activities (new sales and client relationships) and back-end processes (business loan underwriting).
- Communicate effectively with VVIP clients.
- Provide trusted advisory consultation with integrity.
Job Requirements
- Average 5 – 8 years of proven years of proven experience in sales, and product management for the banking industry.
- Experience in building and growing sales and solutions teams; demonstrate strong capability in planning, strategizing, execution skills, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Have strong relationships with end-user customers and partners.
- Demonstrate track records to over-achieving sales targets.
- Demonstrate ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships with partners.
- Ability to negotiate large and complex deals.
- Ability to present at customer/partner events.
- A team player who enjoys working and leading in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong communication skills and fluent in Khmer and English.
