Position Summary
We are seeking technically skilled database administrators who can hold positions of great responsibility. As database Administrator will be responsible for monitoring, maintenance, and operational support of our Prince Bank databases.
Job Responsibilities
- A minimum of 8 years of experience working with various database management systems Oracle, MS-SQL, Mysql and Postgres etc.
- Configuration of Real Application Cluster and Active Data Guard for Managing Database High Availability.
- Experience with Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL database administration
- Upgradation and migration of Oracle Database from 12C to 19C.
- Develop, manage, and test backup and recovery plans.
- Configuring HA/replication in Mysql, MS SQL, and Mongo DB.
- Experience in shell scripting for regular database tasks.
- Perform tunning and Optimize the Database.
- Experience of Switch over and failover of Databases.
- Identifying problems and developing potential solutions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Management Information System/Technology preferred
- Holding Oracle Database Administrator Certified Associative or Oracle Certified Professional is preferable.
- Knowledge Cloud technologies.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in guidance and day-to-day operational oversight for bank’s data storage and security with best experience with Oralce, SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, and others.
- Experience with Linux, Unix and Solaris operating system.
- Configuration of Real Application Cluster and Active Data Guard for Managing Database High Availability.
- Experience with Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL database administration.
- Have a passion for stable and secure systems management practices.
- Apply Oracle quarterly Patches.
- Auditing of the databases.
- Good communication skills, collaboration, and good working in group.
