职位概要
Assistant Manager, Core Banking is responsible for all core banking integration requirements by getting requirements from the integrated system, building ear files, and flexcube deployment as required. Providing solutions, parameterizing and setting up new products, and changing basic maintenance and new products to improvise on the banking requirements.
工作职责
- System maintenance and product setup based on requests from stakeholders.
- Involved in Core banking (CBS) to the Reporting system (RS) that they Develop systems in-house, ATM, and digital-related activities and handle these modules completely and monitor activities and guide them accordingly.
- Looking into the Core Banking and reporting issues and providing required solutions in time, tuning the performance, and training the staff and the team on the related functionality and required skills.
- Consolidated all issues and raised them to the software vendor and sent the resolution back to the users.
- Document any necessary procedure related to the Core Banking application for reference.
- Monitor e-form requests to Core Banking on requests to create new users/ modify or update users/or request changes from stakeholders.
- Monitor the OTRS system on the issue log and simulate finding the roof of the issue.
工作要求
- Educational background in IT/MIS a BSc degree or related field.
- English language proficiency both written and spoken.
- At least 2 years experience in Core Banking Systems or related fields.
- Good knowledge of SQL statements.
- Knowledge and experience in using Oracle database and Redhat Linux.
- Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking is a plus.
- Good knowledge of financial/accounting principles and Banking Operations.
- Very good in spoken and written English.
- Good integrity, positive attitude, helpfulness, high commitment, competence, and motivation
- Ability to organize and work under pressure on timeline.
