职位概要
Assistant Manager, Credit Assessment accountable for the conduct assessment on loan application, periodic credit reviews of existing customers, and conduct on-site visit for necessary cases, including suspicious cases and accordingly providing.
工作职责

- Manage Credit Review and Portfolio.
- Provide technical guidance to implement the operational guideline and credit assessment.
- Minimize both financial and operational loss.
- Ensure the credit application and the assessments are completed.
- Be able to build relationship with Stakeholder.
- Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.
工作要求

- Bachelor or degree equivalent in Banking and Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in English.
- Good Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in credit related position.
- Ability to make effective decisions to drive high performance for loan quality and loan growth.
- Ability to mentor and motivate subordinators.
- This position requires frequent travel to provinces.
- Ability to perform duty effectively under pressure.
