Assistant Manager, IT Project Management

职位概要

Assistant Manager, IT Project Management is responsible and works on providing project daily support and leading the assigned projects to ensure that programs/projects/tasks are delivered on time.

工作职责

  • Engage and partner with key business and IT stakeholders to identify changing business priorities and requirements and introduce new processes and technology to enhance the Business Analysis service offering.
  • Coordinating the work to ensure the business requirement document is properly signed off by the business user and the functional requirement specification document is developed and signed off by the IT solution development team before passing it on to the project implementation team.
  • Support the development of feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, business case development, and risk assessments for various technology projects.
  • Directly work with the product owner to agree on business planning for product rollout and work with the internal development team to agree on the development plan.
  • Work on project management functions which include but are not limited to the following technical resource arrangement, budgeting resources, project planning, and agile team meeting. 
  • Monitor service requests and project progress.
  • Manage escalated project issues.
  • Implement standards, processes, or guidelines for Business Analysis, including methodologies, metrics, requirements, and tools, and ensure that it is properly approved, well communicated, and understood by related stakeholders.
  • Process enforcement and properly follow the system development process.
  • Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

工作要求

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, System Engineering, IT Business, or MIS or related fields.
  • Soft skills and communication skill is required to work cross-team.
  • Experience in card management systems is preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in software development/IT business system implementation.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in IT business requirement gathering & documentation such as prototyping, designing of MVP, experience in mockup design, and wireframe by using automation tools.
  • Knowledge and experience in IT Project Management, ITIL, Software Development Lifecycle, and/or other best practices.
  • Knowledge of current trends and innovations in technology infrastructure and computer software applications.
  • Have a good understanding of Database architecture and design and IT system architecture development.
