职位概要
Responsible for collecting and analyzing market data to develop strategies to affect future trends. He/ She will be a representative of the bank working closely with mortgage operations, Secondary Marketing, management, and related stakeholders in planning, monitoring, and executing the product release.

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and proactively and independently develop strategies to affect future trends.
- Partner with secondary marketing, project management, and a cross-functional team to research, develop and implement new mortgage products.
- Maintain strong collaboration and communication with the leadership team on roadmap plans and progress.
- Identify the tasks and activities needed to ensure a successful product release and track progress, volume, and delivery for feedback in the Margin/Pricing team meetings.
- Plan, evaluate, and execute product releases according to predetermined objectives, scope, timelines, and approval requirements.
- Act as project manager for Agency repurchase requests; working with mortgage operations, Secondary Marketing, and management to prepare rebuttals.
- Recognize project hurdles/risks and escalate to the Product Development Team.
- Continuously evaluate the available menu of products and recommend additions or subtractions.
- Monitor and prepare all investors and counterparties for annual recertification.
- Perform the job by applicable industry laws and regulations as well as the policies and procedures established by the company.
- Perform other duties assigned by the line manager.
工作要求
- Bachelor's Degree: In Business, Finance, or equivalent discipline or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in mortgage banking with a strong knowledge of investor relations, secondary marketing, and underwriting practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and Planning, organizing, and analytical
- Proficient in basic PC applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
- Strong analytical skills as it relates to market share
