职位概要
Handling customer transactions over the counter to make sure it accurate by following SLA.
工作职责
- Provide customer transactions over the counter based on banking products to meet customer’s needs.
- Cross-selling bank products by answering inquiries, informing customers of new services and product promotions, and ascertaining customer’s needs to support branch targets.
- Responsible for cash drawer to ensure no loss, surplus, or unbalance.
- Comply with bank operations transaction and security procedures by participating in all dual-control functions.
- Comply with bank internal rules to build trust in the customer and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.
- Work closely with the operations area to address any issues on time.
- Prepare relevant daily reports to ensure their accuracy and proper filling.
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager following business needs.
工作要求
- BBA in Finance and banking and other related fields.
- Minimum 1 year experience in cash handling, Core Banking System knowledge in commercial banks or MFIs.
- Good at problem-handling with customers.
- Able to use MS Office.
- Able to use English and Chinese is a plus.
- Pleasant, friendly personality, and professional.
