At the 10th Annual Asia’s Best Employer Brands Award Ceremony hosted by the Employer Branding Institute, World HRD Congress, and Stars of the Industry Group on August 15, 2019 at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Singapore, Prince Bank Plc. received recognition as one of Asia’s Top 100 Best Employer Brands for 2019. Prince Bank Plc. started as a private microfinance institution in 2015 with approximately 100 employees. After transforming into a full-fledged commercial bank in July 2018, the Bank has a staff of over 900 employees. During this relatively short period of time, the Bank has focused on its Employer of the Choice campaign by establishing guidelines and procedures, streamlining the recruitment and on-boarding processes, investing in staff training and development, instilling a performance-based and values-driven culture, and providing opportunities for employees to speak up.
