The Senior Officer, Quality Assurance's responsibilities include developing and implementing quality assurance test cases, conducting tests and inspections activities, identifying issues and provide feedback for Digital Technology and Digital Operations.
ទំនួលខុសត្រូវការងារ
- Handle the tasks of gathering technical and functional specifications of the application to provide effective support in testing procedures.
- Assigned responsibilities of identifying unexpected issues after the integration of new modules in the application.
- Responsible for testing the modules and parts of the application to ensure that it functions properly.
- Create merchant profile, request UAT product code, and production arrangement per test case situation.
- Conclude the test result for Digital Technology and Digital Operations to carry on the next step process Support digital operations as requested from the Line Manager including reporting of QA.
លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or Finance & Accounting
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with QA integration or Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to learn new languages and technologies.
- Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.
- Demonstrable experience in Testing applications.
- Proficiency in problem-solving / analysis.
- Experience working at a software company, MFI, or Banking.
- Experience with databases (oracle, sql server, mysql…) (optional)
- 1+ years’ experience related to software development (PHP,Java,Net,C#, MySQL, HTML, CSS, jQuery, etc.). (optional).
