- Manage and prepare lesson reports of the issues found and share them with related stakeholders to improve the quality of the application.
- Review and check NPL case as per guideline
- Manage and control credit-related fraudulent of bank
- Arrange and Prepare credit review reports for management and ad-hoc requests as required by related stakeholders.
- Recommend the changes in credit-related processes to reduce the bank's credit risk profile.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit risk management.
លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Business administration or Management or equivalent (Master's Degree is preferred)
- Other related certified courses are preferred
- Professional Training in Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel and Macro
- Have knowledge of reporting
- At least 5 years of professional experience in credit-related management roles in the banking industry
- At least 3 years of experience in a Credit Assessment role
- Excellent in English proficiency both verbal and written, and Chinese is a plus
